Plein Air Painting - Schedule to be determined
Come join me for some plein air adventure. There is unpredictable weather and unpredictable surprises! We will venture to a new landscape each session which will provide new opportunities. What I love about plein air painting is taking in the sights, sounds, smells, and the challenge to capture the light and sense of time/place. Nature is the best teacher for learning to see and understand landscape. Learning in nature makes for better studio paintings! I will teach you what I have learned from different teachers and personal experience.
I will demo and offer individual help. I will help equip you with the tools needed to paint outside. In all sessions the elements that make a good painting will be emphasized.
Cost: 30.00/class or sign up for 3 for 85.00
**If there is bad weather I will have the class in my studio, in the Northrup King Building. (a little rain is not bad weather!)
